University of Manchester Japanese Society is a cultural society that aims to bring native Japanese students together with non-Japanese in order to help share Japanese language and culture.

We organise regular events in order to keep this friendly exchange going. Such events include karaoke, Japanese cooking classes, social sessions like BBQ’s and more.

This year we were able to include a charity week for the Japan Tsunami disaster with which we raised a significant amount of money.
