Come and try Taekwon-Do in easy to follow classes, designed for you to get the most out of every session. We don’t expect you to be fit or have any previous experience, and it’s a great way of releasing stress and having fun.

We train at the Armitage Centre in Fallowfield on Mondays and Wednesdays, and at the Sugden Centre, Grosvenor St. (North Campus) on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
